booking sessions use our user friendly app via desktop or mobile to easily reserve your spot. Limited attendees are provided to ensure comfort and enjoyment. We highly recommend reserving for it allows your guide/instructor to formulate sequences as you become a regular to any one session.
before sessions, upon arrival note their maybe classes in session so please keep quiet voice when needing to talk. For continuous conversation when class is on, being mindful and stepping outside is requested. Plan to arrive on time as to set up and not distract once class has started. Access will be closed for the first 7 min of start time as to not interrupt intro meditation and intention setting, class will be closed for entry after 10min from start time.
Cancellations are required 6 hours in advance before start time of class to allow others on waitlist to be notified. When canceling under the required 6hours yet notifying us, cancellations fee will be $10. If you are a no show a $22 no show fee will be applied.
session guidelines, we ask you arrive on time and set up to be able to start on time and with no distractions to your neighboring leaders. We have mats set up, please do not move them as they are setup for the space designed for everyone’s collective comfort. You are free to place your Mat on top if desired for extra cushion while knowing if desired all that is needed is to show up and enjoy. Meditation props, blocks, and straps are located within vicinity to provide you support and we highly suggest you take advantage. At end of class, your guide will pass with disinfectant wipe to clear your blocks and mat. When attending hot or heated classes we require a mat towel be on at all times. Towels are available for rental or purchases. Make sure all cellphones are off. Remove shoes upon entering studio space. We carry light so minimize carry in items. Water is recommended for sessions. Above all, be wondrous, discover, adventure in your practice as play time, enjoy.
We have stocked with the occasional need for things like hair tie, women hygiene needs, Deodorant, and mints so if In need you know where to go.
Mat, prop items, and sound system are all set up standard so no matter who’s session you are attending set up is no wonder. We are set up for online streaming yet know we are only filming instructor or volunteer in the front at times. Enjoy your practice with peace of mind we respect your privacy.
