Our Chill Yoga sessions are for relaxation, restoration & stretching. Deep opening and gentle movement is what can be expected from this class. Postures are typically seated or lying down. Can be comparable to Yin yoga where poses/asanas can be held anywhere from 2-5minutes depending on day, guide, feeling at the moment. Cultivating awareness and release are key intentions. Chill Yoga is ideal for students new to yoga or the practitioner looking to relax.
